"Georgia Coastal Youth, Inc. (GCY) is a Non-Profit organization charted by the State of Georgia. It was organized to establish and enhance youth participants' basketball skills and exposure. Geogia Coastal Youth program constitutes a recreational and sports program; that encourage and stimulate interests in sports; to support sports recreation in the community; to provide for the mutual assistance, enjoyment, improvement and entertainment of its members in the participation of sports, pursuits, enjoyments and similar activities
